Established in 2025
The concept of Ashland Brewing Company started in 2007, when the Uryasz family began discussing establishing a restaurant in Ashland, Nebraska, where the family has owned a cabin since 1969. After purchasing a building in downtown Ashland, work began to renovate the space and bring a local eatery to the area. Unfortunately, that building burned down on Christmas morning 2009.
Fast-forward to 2020, when the family wanted to try again. Purchasing roughly five acres of land on the corner of Highway 6 and Highway 66, the Uryasz family envisioned something different: an entertainment district, Salt Creek Station, anchored by Ashland Brewing Company (ABC).
ABC, a 15,000 sq ft facility, opening summer of 2025 will host a 5 BBL brewhouse, two-story restaurant and full bar, private dining/event/meeting spaces, four pickleball courts (two indoor and two outdoor), a spacious yard with games and activities, multiple firepits, a truly one-of-a-kind rooftop deck, and fun for the entire family.
At Ashland Brewing Company there is something for everyone to do, even if that’s nothing at all.

We love furry friends, but to keep our space safe and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you leave family pets at home. Only trained service animals are permitted inside the brewery and on the patio. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask that you leave outside food and drinks at home. We’ve got plenty of delicious options here for you to enjoy!
Oh yeah! We’ve got all the cozy and casual vibes. Enjoy yard games like cornhole (bags are free to borrow with an ID!) and jumbo Jenga, kick back in our comfy patio furniture, or warm up around our outdoor firepits. It’s the perfect spot to hang out with friends, sip on something cold, and make some memories.

All court bookings are done online only, quick and easy on our website! We don’t take reservations over the phone, so be sure to book ahead to lock in your time.
Courts are rented by the hour, and each one is set up for up to 4 players at a time. Larger groups? You’re welcome to hang out and rotate players in, but for the best playing experience, we recommend sticking to 4 on the court at once.
Absolutely! You can add rentals when booking online or grab them when you arrive. Just bring a valid ID, we’ll return it when you return the gear.
Yes! We’ve got 2 indoor and 2 outdoor courts, so whether you’re chasing sunshine or staying out of the weather, you’re good to go.
You can try! Walk-ins are welcome if space allows, but courts fill up fast—online booking is the way to go.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

We’ve got something for everyone! Our ABC 12-tap system, located both upstairs and downstairs, features our house-brewed craft beers along with a selection of guest taps.
